NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.
We value your business and want to ensure that you enjoy all of our products. As a business who makes every item to order, we cannot guarantee you a refund. Please ensure that you have selected the correct options provided in order for your item to be made to your specifications. Errors do happen, so please reach out to us as soon as you become aware of an issue so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
If your product arrive damaged please take a photo that we may use to contact carrier for recourse. You’ll also be required to confirm form of payment.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept exchanges. Once payment has been received and your item has been processed, orders cannot be amended.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us so we can make a claim with Canada Post. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
